About
Resupply Team is a US-based phone outreach company in Oklahoma. We make the calls that get patients refilled, resupplied, and seen, for organizations that don't have the staff to make them.
Where we started
We built the program for CPAP suppliers who had enrolled patients, a resupply schedule, and no one to make the calls. The same call, the same script, and the same callers now cover five more DME categories, pharmacy adherence outreach, clinical nurse calling, and work outside healthcare.
How we staff
Our callers are here, so your patients' records stay here. A breach at an offshore vendor would still be your liability, which is why we don't use one. Clinical calls are handled by RNs and LPNs on our bench. Because Oklahoma belongs to the Nurse Licensure Compact, one multistate license covers 40 states.
How we charge
No other resupply or adherence vendor publishes how they price. We do. We are paid a fixed fee for a defined program, never per order, per refill, or a percentage of anything. That keeps every arrangement clean under the anti-kickback statute and it removes any reason for us to push an order.
How we work
The BAA is signed before we see a record. Consent to call is captured and logged. When a patient asks us to stop, we stop. Controlled substances are excluded from every program. Every refill request is documented the way 42 CFR 410.38 requires.
