Services · DME resupply outreach

We call your patients and place their resupply orders.

This is the service we started with. Our callers work your enrolled list, confirm what's running low, document the refill request Medicare requires, verify insurance, and place the order. It began with CPAP and runs the same way for five more categories.

Product categories
  • CPAP
  • Catheters
  • Ostomy
  • Glucose monitoring
  • Tube feeding
  • Wound care

Programs

What each program includes and how it's priced.

Resupply program calling

We work your enrolled list on its resupply schedule, confirm what each patient needs, and place the order.

Included
  • Your enrolled list, worked on your resupply schedule
  • Supply check on every eligible item
  • Refill request documented per 42 CFR 410.38
  • Insurance verified before the order goes in
  • Order placed in your system
Priced
Per enrolled patient per month. The rate scales with the category's Medicare allowable.
Best for
Suppliers with an enrolled list and not enough staff to call it.

Dormant patient reactivation

We call the patients who stopped ordering, find out why, and bring the ones we can back onto supplies.

One reactivated full-face-mask patient is worth up to $1,159 a year in allowable billing.

Included
  • Lapsed patients pulled from your list
  • The reason they stopped, found and addressed where we can
  • Refill request documented, order placed
Priced
Scoped in your proposal. Never per order.

New patient onboarding

We set each new patient up in your resupply program, so it starts with clear expectations and consent on file.

For CPAP, Medicare keeps paying for the machine only if the patient shows use in the first 90 days. Those three calls protect the rental and every order after it.

Included
  • Patient set up in your resupply program
  • Contact details checked
  • Consent to call captured and logged
  • Resupply schedule explained
  • First reorder date set
Priced
Per patient, or a three-call package over the first 90 days.

Seasonal deductible campaigns

A fourth-quarter campaign for patients who have met their deductible and may not know their supplies now cost them nothing.

Included
  • Fixed-scope campaign on your own list
  • Each patient hears what the order will cost them, which by December is often nothing
  • Orders placed before the plan year resets
Priced
Fixed-scope campaign.

Included

Included with every program.

  • BAA signed before we see a record
  • Consent to call captured and logged
  • Manual dialing, no autodialer
  • When a patient asks us to stop, we stop and record it
  • No controlled substances
  • US-based callers only
